Beetroot Spaghetti
This recipe takes 15 minutes and only uses a handful of ingredients - definitely one to try!
Makes 2 little portions
- 2 cooked beetroot
- 1 small garlic glove
- Glug of olive oil
- 120g spaghetti (or any pasta shape)
Cook spaghetti according to instructions. Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the beetroot, garlic, olive oil and some black pepper if you want. Once pasta is cooked simply stir together and serve! Great with Feta Cheese for adults too!
