Creamy Mushroom Pasta
A super tasty dish for the little one and the grown ups - really easy to make too!
- Oil for frying
- 3 sliced spring onions
- 1 shallot sliced
- 250g Chestnut Mushrooms
- 150ml baby friendly veg stock
- 250g cream cheese
- Lemon zest (optional)
- Pasta to serve
Fry the shallot for a few mins, add the mushrooms and cook until they start to colour. Pour in the stock and reduce by half over a medium heat. Stir through cream cheese off the heat with the lemon zest if using and spring onions. Stir through the cooked pasta and serve!
