Peanut Butter & Jelly Porridge
Deliciously creamy peanut butter flavour porridge with a tangy berry compote. Not only is it super tasty - but it’s vegan too! This recipe serves 2 people!
- 100g frozen berries
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey (for over 1s only)
- 80g oats
- 500ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Optional toppings - fresh berries, peanut butter, desiccated coconut
Add the frozen berries, water and honey if using to a pan on a low heat and bring to a simmer for 5-10 mins until the berries and soft and mash slightly. Meanwhile, add the oats, oat milk and peanut butter to another pan, and gently cook for 5 mins until the oats are soft and creamy. Then simply add your berry compote on top of your porridge with any other toppings you want! 🍓
