Peachy Porridge
Bringing you a taste of summer to these chilly mornings! Serves 1
- 40g oats
- 250ml milk
- 80g chopped peach (I used frozen)
- 10g desiccated coconut
- To serve - 1/2 banana, chopped peach, coconut flakes
Add the oats, milk, chopped peach and desiccated coconut to a pan. Bring gently to a simmer and cook for about 5 mins until oats are soft. Top with banana, chopped peach and coconut flakes!
